100% of College Achieve Central Students Accepted to 4-Year Colleges
Seniors earn acceptances to the University of Pennsylvania, Temple, Rutgers, among others

North Plainfield, NJ – As college acceptance offers begin to roll in across the country, College Achieve Central Charter School (CAPS), a tuition-free public charter high school in Plainfield, celebrated its third consecutive year of a 100% college acceptance rate for its 2024 graduating class. Seniors at the top-ranking high school have already secured $8 million in scholarships, with additional funds anticipated in the coming weeks due to delays in FAFSA processing.
CAPS Central students have celebrated acceptances to top-ranked colleges and universities, including the University of Pennsylvania, Syracuse, Temple, Rutgers, Villanova, Monmouth, Clemson, and the University of Connecticut. Students have also earned acceptances to well-regarded state colleges and community colleges.
“Our graduating class is absolutely remarkable,” said Corri Tate Ravare, Executive Director of College Achieve Central. “In the light of declining college enrollment rates, these seniors set a precedent that college is an option and a priority. We are eager to witness the leadership they will instill within their communities upon graduation.”

CAPS Central Principal Natica Brown has imparted a college-going culture to the Class of 2024 throughout their CAPS education by holding all students to high expectations, providing a rigorous curriculum and requiring at least three AP courses to graduate. Its student initiatives are prioritized as early as kindergarten to ensure students are prepared to excel in college. Brown believes all students can succeed at learning if given positive learning environments which welcome curiosity, hard-work and enhance student confidence.
“It is an educator’s responsibility to make school enjoyable, exciting, and supportive, but it is our students’ integrity and drive which produce these incredible post-graduate opportunities,” said Brown. “Congratulations are in order for these seniors!”
