2 Workers Injured In Fanwood Roof Collapse: Fire Department
The two workers suffered minor injuries while working on the roof of a newly constructed home in Fanwood.
FANWOOD, NJ — A section of a roof collapsed at a new construction in Fanwood over the weekend, according to an announcement from Fanwood Fire Department.
The roof collapse took place at a home on Hunter Avenue, and Fanwood Fire Department rushed to scene on Saturday. According to Fanwood spokesperson Dan Kranz, this home is a new construction and is currently vacant.
Kranz said two workers who were on the roof suffered minor injuries. They were evaluated by Fanwood EMS and refused further medical treatment.

The Borough building inspector was also notified of the collapse, Kranz said.
