PUBLIC NOTICE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that a Meeting will be held on February 28, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. est. at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor and Council Chambers, 75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood NJ 07023. At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters related to the preparation of the CY 2022 Municipal Budget. Formal action may be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
