LEGAL NOTICE

MAYOR AND COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that the Work Session Agenda Meeting scheduled on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 6:00 – 7:00p.m. est. The meeting will be conducted at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor & Council Chambers (courtroom), 75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood NJ 07023.

At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters related to the CY 2023 Municipal Budget. The agenda items may include, but are not limited to: Presentations, Communications, Reports, Public Comments, Approval of Resolutions, Formal action will betaken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.

Public comments and questions may be submitted t0 communications@fanwoodnj.org. Members of the public must state their full name and address for the record.
