Nick was chosen based on his successful integration into Union Catholic, good grades, and response to the call to “become all God calls you to be” at UC. He demonstrates avid enthusiasm about the beginning of his freshman year and is already a sought-after Freshman for a Day tour guide, a member of the Student Movement Against Cancer (SMAC) club, plays on the school basketball team, and is an honor roll student.

Past recipients still attending UC include Sophomore Danielle Cusick of Edison, Junior Arthur Wright of Woodbridge, and Senior Brian Cautillo of Union.
