Midnight Sun Tattoo Parlor Holds Fundraiser For Secaucus Animal Shelter

Anyone who brought a donation (it could be cash, food or blanket donation) for the shelter received a free tattoo on Dec. 20.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Midnight Sun Tattoo parlor, located right off Rt. 3 in Secaucus (850 Roosevelt Ave.) hosted a fundraiser for the Secaucus Animal Shelter.

Midnight Sun Tattoo used their Instagram account to showcase cats and dogs available for adoption at the Secaucus Animal Shelter. Then on Dec. 20, anyone who brought a donation (it could be cash, food or blanket donation) for the shelter received a free tattoo chosen from select flash designs by the Midnight Sun Tattoo team.

The fundraiser was held Dec. 20 at their business on Roosevelt Avenue.

"The turnout was amazing, close to 300 people showed up with donations in hand," said Secaucus Animal Shelter Director Chris Conte. "All the donations we received from the wish list will help our shelter animals as they wait for their forever homes. It’s amazing to see local artists using their talent to give back to the community. We are so grateful for your time, your art and generosity."
