SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Dec. 21 at 11:30 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man of East Orange, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)] for having a child in the vehicle. The man was issued a complaint summons along with five motor vehicle summonses including DWI by a parent/guardian [39:4-50.15] and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Dec. 22 at 2:11 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a shoplifting that occurred at Kohl’s on Nov. 19, police responded to the Bergen County Jail and processed a 32-year-old man of Newark, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. He was charged on a complaint warrant and remained in the custody of the Bergen County Correctional Facility.

On Dec. 23 at 11:31 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 31-year-old man of North Bergen, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. He was issued a complaint warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Dec. 23 at 7:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of an altercation between two individuals. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old woman of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. She had 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s in relation to the same warrant. She was taken to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.

On Dec. 26 at 3:52 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, police arrested a 31-year-old man of Elizabeth, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. He was issued a complaint warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Dec. 28 at 9:45 a.m., Secaucus Police, while patrolling the parking lot of 400 Park Plaza Drive, observed a motor vehicle parked in a handicap parking spot without the proper placard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old man of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,500 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
