SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On June 9 at 9:03 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 30-year-old male of Hoboken, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police, Resisting Arrest [2C:29-3A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $7,500 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $3,500 with a 10% option. He was issued his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 11 at 10:08 a.m., Secaucus Police arrested a 52-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department with no bail. He was arrested at Secaucus Police headquarters and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 6 at 10:14 p.m., following an investigation of an incident that occurred near Schmidts Woods on the same date, police arrested a 12-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Simple Assault [2C:12-1A(2)], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D] and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D], specifically a BB gun. The juvenile male was arrested at Secaucus Police headquarters. On June 12 at 4:02 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the 1500 block of Paterson Plank Road and subsequently charged a 13-year-old juvenile male of Secaucus, NJ with Simple Assault [2C:12-1A], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D] and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D], specifically a BB gun. Both juvenile males were issued their complaint summonses and were released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On June 13 at 5:17 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 41-year-old male of Rochester, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 15 at 4:21 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped at the intersection of Minnie Place and Centre Avenue in the yellow zone. The driver appeared to be asleep. Police arrested a 27-year-old male of Monmouth Junction, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
