There were multiple shoplifting arrests in Secaucus last week:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all the arrests last week:

On May 29 at 1:05 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Port Authority Police Department to take into custody a 43-year-old female of Willow Grove, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. She was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On May 29 at 4:23 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Kohl’s for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 37-year-old male of Clifton, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(2)]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On May 30 at 3:52 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 23-year-old female of New York, NY along with a 26-year-old female of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Both were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On May 31 at 4:52 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Red Bank Police Department to take into custody a 32-year-old male of Kingsburg, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. The Secaucus Municipal Court released him on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.

On June 1 at 2:09 a.m., Secaucus Police responding to Park Plaza Drive/Millcreek Drive Bridge for a report of disabled vehicle in the roadway. During the investigation, the police arrested the registered owner, a 61-year-old male of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City with a bail of $1,000. He was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On June 1 at 3:15 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 55-year-old male along with a 27-year-old-male of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Both were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On June 2 at 1:17 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to T.J. Maxx for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 40-year-old female of Hoboken, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. She was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On June 2 at 3:21 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 42-year-old male of Paterson, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
