Secaucus Sam's Club Employee Sold Tires At Discount, Arrested: Police
An employee in the tire section of the Secaucus Sam's Club was selling tires at a discount, and having people Zelle him directly, say cops:

SECAUCUS, NJ — An employee in the tire section of the Secaucus Sam's Club was selling tires at a discount from his employer, and having people directly Zelle him the payments.
This is alleged by Secaucus Police, who arrested the employee, David Suarez, 37, of Bergenfield, last Monday.
It was Sam's Club management that first called Secaucus Police on May 9 to report a shoplifting incident with one of their employees. Secaucus Police set up an investigation.

Police allege Suarez was lowering the prices of tires for sale. He would have customers Zelle money directly to him for the lower-priced tires.
Suarez was arrested last Monday, May 20 at Secaucus Police headquarters; he was charged with theft by deception. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
