Chabad Jewish Center Of South Brunswick To Host Giant Menorah Lighting
The event will include a menorah made of ice.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – This year, Chanukah begins at sundown on Wednesday and ends on the evening of Jan. 2, 2025.
The Jewish “festival of lights” is celebrated with nightly menorah lighting, special prayers and delicious food.
“Chanukah, a celebration for all time, is illuminated by the kindling of the Menorah each night of the holiday. It is a time that enriches our lives with the warm lights of tradition,” said Rabbi Levi Azimov, director of the Chabad Jewish Center.

The Chabad Jewish Center of South Brunswick is hosting some events to celebrate the festival.
There will be a giant menorah lights celebration and Chinese dinner on Wednesday, 4:30 p.m. Enjoy delicious sizzling Latkes, donuts, Dreidels, and Chinese dinner with the family. Price for adults is $20 and for children is $10. The event will take place at Chabad Jewish Center, 1 Riva Avenue, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.

A grand menorah lighting celebration is scheduled for Sunday from 4 p.m. at the Shoppes of North Brunswick, 522 Shoppes Blvd North Brunswick.
The event will include a menorah made of ice, there will be a fire show and gelt drop.
