Get Your Pet Blessed at Christ the King Saturday
A day of music and fun where animals and their human companions will receive individual blessings.

With pets being such a huge part of our daily lives, a Kendall Park church is holding an event to recognize the blessing our animal buddies provide.
Christ the King Lutheran Church is hosting a community-wide Pet Blessing Carnival this Saturday on the front lawn of the church. At the center of the carnival is a worship service where animals and their human friends will receive individual blessings.
Anyone is welcome to come out, enjoy some music, and visit the tables of participating organizations before and after the brief worship service. Christ the King is inviting all neighbors to bring whatever pets are a member of their household (on a leash or in a pet carrier): dogs, cats, birds, horses, goats, hamsters, bunnies, pigs, etc.
