First Snowfall Expected, Council Meeting Tuesday in South Brunswick

What you need to know today in town.

If Christmas music in department stores hasn't gotten you ready for the arrival of winter, better make an adjustment. 

Tuesday could bring the first snowfall of the season this morning, but luckily there's not expected to be significant accumulation. Elsewhere in South Brunswick, the Township Council will meet tonight with a vote on an ordinance addressing qualifications for police officers.

Here's what you need to know today.

1. Today's forecast calls for a 50 percent chance of snow with showers falling before noon, then becoming partly cloudy later. The high temperature for today is 40 degrees with an overnight low of 24 degrees.
