Holiday Recycling, Garbage Schedule In South Brunswick
Christmas tree collection will begin Jan. 2. Here's the holiday schedule for trash and recycling pickup:
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – There will be no garbage or recycling pickup in South Brunswick on Dec. 25 and Jan.1, officials said.
All Monday’s material will be picked up the day after the holidays - Tuesday, Dec. 26 and Tuesday, Jan. 2.
Township officials said that this may cause a delay in the regularly scheduled collection of Tuesday through Friday material as well. Residents should leave all material curbside until collected.

Christmas tree collection will begin on Jan. 2. Trees must be free of adornment, bags, and metal items including stands, and should be placed at the curb of single-family residences. Those residents living in multi-family developments should place trees next to the most convenient dumpster enclosure
