Hollis Copeland wins 2024 Prestige Invitational

Scotch Plains, NJ – October 13, 2024 – Former New York Knicks player AND Rutgers University Basketball Hall of Famer, Hollis Copland led his team to an impressive victory in his debut appearance at the 2024 Prestige Invitational Charity Golf Tournament, held at Ash Brook Golf Course in Scotch Plains, NJ. Sunday, October 13, 2024, scoring 62 and coming 10 under par in the scramble-format tournament, Copland and his team rose above the field of over 30 participants, marking a highlight for the event’s fourth consecutive year.

As a celebrated annual event organized by thePrestige Invitational, this year’s tournament united golf enthusiasts and philanthropists for a day of competition and community impact. A significant portion of this year’s net proceeds—80%—will go to Kiwimbi International, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing literacy and educational resources in underserved communities worldwide. The remaining 20% will support Prestige’s mission to help children build character through the sport of golf, making a difference for young people both locally and globally.
