SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – A developer has proposed to build a liquor store with a tasting room in South Brunswick.
223 Real Estate Enterprises, LLC has proposed a 5,520-square-foot liquor store with a tasting area at 2625 Route 130. This location was the site of the now-closed Station Bar & Grill, north of Dey Road.
The developer has applied for preliminary and final site plan. A use variance is required as the 0.848-acre site is located in the I-3 zone, where liquor stores are not permitted.
