Nominate The Best Educators, Support Staff In South Brunswick District
Recipients will be announced the week of March 17, the district said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – Do you have a favorite teacher or support staff? Now is the chance to show your appreciation.
South Brunswick School district has opened nominations for the 2024-2025 South Brunswick School District Educator/Educational Support Person of the Year.
The recognition program acknowledges educators and educational support professionals who inspire learning and “make a difference in the lives of students, colleagues, and the school community with their caring support and unwavering work ethic,” according to the nomination form.

One person from each category will be selected from each building, including the district level.
Educators include content/grade-level teachers, Special Education teachers, Instructional Support teachers, and all Educational Specialists including Art, Music, Physical Education, World Language, Counselors, Behavior Specialists, Child Study Team members, Nurses, etc.

Educational Support People include secretaries, custodians, maintenance, bus drivers, behavior technicians, and paraprofessionals.
Residents can nominate more than one person, but one submission form per entry is required.
All entries are due by 4 p.m., Thursday, March 6.
Recipients will be announced the week of March 17 and honored at a Board of Education meeting on April 10.
