South Brunswick resident assisting the health system in Honduras

Our alumni South Brunswick High School student ready to help communities

Saffia B, a former student who graduated from South Brunswick High School in the year 2020, is currently working to support various communities. The nonprofit organization she volunteers for, Global Medical Brigades, has a purpose to solve the underlying issues creating and relating to the health in medical clinics. With the aid of local leaders and community partners like herself, Global Brigades aims to empower communities via programs that enhance water and sanitation, sustainable healthcare, and economic growth rather than focusing on emergency medical aid. One of their objectives for 2023 is to visit remote, rural, and under-resourced villages in Honduras and carry on their assistance there. The link provided below will help donate to secure financing for the implementation of sustainable health system for Honduras.
