South Brunswick's Henderson Road To Be Closed For 6 To 9 Months

This will be a full closure - no vehicles will be able to pass through the work area.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Henderson Road in South Brunswick will be closed for six to nine months due to road construction, township officials said. The closure will begin Monday.

The Middlesex County Culvert Replacement Project is scheduled to close Henderson Road, between Route 1 and Route 27.

This will be a full closure - no vehicles will be able to pass through the work area. The closure will be 24 hours a day for seven days a week and the road is scheduled to be closed for six to nine months.

The posted detour will be Route 1 to Finnegans Lane to Route 27, and the reverse.

St. Augustine’s Church and School will be accessible through the Route 1 entrance to Henderson Road.
