Gun Charge Dismissed Against SHU Basketball Player Jordan Theodore

Pending criminal charges against Jordan Theodore were dismissed today, according to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.

Theodore, a basketball player at Seton Hall University, was .  A criminal complaint was filed by a citizen and forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office. After receiving the complaint, Prosecutor’s detectives investigated.

As the investigation concluded, the prosecutor determined that there is insufficient credible evidence to warrant prosecution.
