Committee Meetings, New Editor This Week in South Orange

The South Orange Village Public Safety Committee will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 27 at 6:30 p.m. at Village Hall, located at 101 South Orange Avenue. Possible topics may include a recent shooting in neighboring Maplewood in which a man fired several shots into Maplecrest Park. 

The University Engagement Committee will meet Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall.

South Orange and Maplewood Patch also have a new editor, Eric Goodman, who will strive to keep readers informed on all local topics.
