Roads and Highways Open to Go Down the Shore
DOT reports normal highway traffic and conditions
As of this sunny Thursday, roads and highways heading south to the Jersey shore are open for business. The forecast is also promising for a last look at the beach before school starts.
Earlier this week, Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno traveled to Atlantic City and other boardwalks to remind residents and tourists that the Jersey Shore is a great place to visit following Hurricane Irene.
And it is; reports from shore communities suggest that damage was limited and businesses are open.
