South Orange Library Needs Volunteers for Sunday Afternoon

The Friends of the South Orange Public Library are having a volunteer session to revamp their second-hand book store, this Sunday Sept. 18th 10am-1pm (and possibly later in the day while the SOPL is opened, 2-5pm). All are welcome to come, browse, and -- most important! -- help.

If you have not yet visited The Book Cage on the third floor of the SOPL, Sunday is the day to do it! All proceeds from The Book Cage go toward library book purchases, programming and other library activities.

This Sunday volunteers will remove books from the shelves that are not selling quickly and placing them in accessible storage for easy retrieval.
