Updated: Trustees Will Meet Thursday to Finalize Terms and Conditions for CFO

The Board of Trustees of the Township of South Orange Village agreed Monday night to convene in executive session Thursday night at 8:30 to discuss several matters of personnel.

The trustees will gather to finalize terms and conditions for the position of chief financial officer and finalizing contract terms for interim administrative consultant services. 

In addition, the trustees will discuss the Sterling PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) matter. The board may then convene in public session after the executive session ends so official action may be taken if needed.

UPDATED: Village President Alex Torpey said the public portion of the meeting could take place as early as 8:45. There will be a public comment opportunity then, and the terms of the CFO contract will be released prior to a possible vote.
