In addition, the First Aid Squad Heaquarters is open as a warming and charging center.  ---------------- An ice and water distribution trailer from <a href="https://www.firstenergycorp.com/content/customer/jersey_central_power_light.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Jersey Central Power and Light</a> arrives in Springfield today. JCP&amp;L employees and Township workers will be distributing ice and water from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Sarah Bailey Civic Center (30 Church Mall).
