I was looking for a place to grab coffee and do some work in between meetings on a business trip and I stumbled upon Coffee Mill. GREAT coffee and their pastries are amazing as well. There's a great selection of beverages and their coffee is pretty top notch. The space is relatively small, but there are a few tables and chairs and the interior is nice and cozy (who doesn't love an exposed brick wall?) The owner and baristas are also so lovely. It also seemed like there were quite a few regulars and the owner seemed to know them all by name (and coffee order!) I will definitely come back if I'm ever back in the area for work and I highly recommend this coffee shop!

What they are saying: I loooove this cafe! It's so much more than just a cafe. I've come here on first dates, get together with friends and just for a quick lunch with my mom. It's perfect for any occasion. Service is always fantastic, the servers are so caring and will explain anything from the menu for you. The food is great but the coffee is fantastic! If you're looking for a nice sugary rush, search no more. They have everything from s'mores to Nutella lattes. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well. Dessert is delicious. The atmosphere is so so relaxing. They never rush you out, always tell you to take your time. There's books and board games all over the place. They have live music too, just check their website for when that's happening. Also for open mic night! I really love and respect this small business because they really do it right. They have posters and stickers with everything they believe in and support. It's great to see a local business take a stand and not be scared of being judged for it.

We have gotten so many yummy things here: whoopie pies, banana bread, cheddar biscuits, and the most buttery-tasting scone that I've ever had. The many alternative milk choices for your coffee are a nice touch and they never hesitate to give me a big cup of water for my dog. Just a high quality, friendly, yummy neighborhood bakery.

What they are saying: I've stopped in there for a cup of coffee during the day because it's the best coffee shop in Summit. They do single cup pourovers and they're the only place to have nitro cold brew coffee. Which they're using a local brand called Ironbound Cold Brew (great tap handle). Their parking makes it an infinitely easier choice to grab a cup coffee and bite to eat over searching for parking downtown. Love this place.
