3 Roads Closed In Summit Monday Due To Gas Pipe Replacement Project
The PSE&G project is expected to continue throughout the winter. See impacted roads below:

SUMMIT, NJ — Three roads will be closed in Summit on Monday, according to an alert from the city.
This is part of a PSE&G project to replace gas pipes throughout the city. Work is expected to be complete by early summer 2023 depending on project progress over the winter.

The following roads will be closed until 5 p.m.:
- Whittredge Road is closed between Hobart Avenue and Dogwood Drive
- Beechwood Road is closed between Euclid Avenue and Hawthorne Place
- Oxbow Lane is closed between Fernwood Road and Summit Avenue today until 5PM.
