It all starts with a MEAL!
Join us on Monday, January 19th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon for a meaningful Day of Service, partnering with Rise Against Hunger to help package meals for those in need around the world. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals and families to come together, to give back and to celebrate Dr. King's legacy.
Rise Against Hunger works in countries worldwide to fight hunger, targeting communities facing hight rates of food insecurity. This event is an exciting hands-on volunteering opportunity to help package meals for global hunger relief. We hope you can come join us this Monday, January 19th from 10am to 12noon.
All are welcome! Come serve, reflect, and celebrate the spirit of compassion, love, justice, and unity with us.
In addition, are Art Contest entries from Mountainside students inspired by Dr. King’s message of Love, Justice, and Unity will be proudly on display. There will be a reception and winner announcements on Tuesday, February 3rd at 6:30 pm Mountainside Borough Hall Community Room.
