Summit Council Approves Free Holiday Parking On Bank Street, Neighboring Lots
In an effort to ease holiday parking tensions, the free parking will be available from Dec. 11 through Dec 26.
SUMMIT, NJ — Summit is trying to take a bit of the stress out of holiday shopping by allowing free parking for a limited time on one of the most popular shopping streets.
Summit Common Council approved a request by Summit Downtown Inc. for free parking in the Bank Street lot, at 90-minute on-street spaces and on the ground level in the Tier Garage for the holidays.
The free parking will be available from Dec. 11 through Dec. 26.
