"We pulled out all the stops when designing this light-filled, open concept cafe and cannot wait to welcome Gregulars familiar and new inside. We have already made so many amazing connections with the local community and are blown away with the response so far. From the sounds of it, Gregorys will be the new go-to for coffee and freshly-baked and good-for-you food in the area."

According to its website, the Gregorys Coffee mission is to "establish and cultivate a community of people who 'See Coffee Differently.'"

Other than coffee, Gregorys is known for its spacious cafes with outlets at every seat and fast Wifi. They also serve freshly-baked foods with extensive plant-based options.

The pastries and packaged foods are curated by Gregorys in-house registered dietitian and prepared from scratch daily, according to its website.

In addition, for every bag of coffee sold at Gregorys, the company donates a pair of eyeglasses to a person in need in a developing country. In April of 2021, members of the company traveled to a farm in Guatemala that Gregorys sources from, and they were able to provide glasses to over 500 people.

Gregorys was first founded in 2006 in Manhattan with a strong focus on "quality, innovative products, and world class service."

The menu features an extensive selection of both hot and cold coffees, as well as smoothies and juices. Check out the full menu here.

Hours for the Summit location are Monday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
