Hair Salon, Lighting Store, StretchLab Coming Soon To Summit

Several new businesses are set to open in Summit along Maple Street and Springfield Avenue.

SUMMIT, NJ — According to Newmark Associates real estate agency, a bunch of new business are coming soon to Summit.

The Hanover-based real estate agency announced closings on several lease transactions at 25 Maple Street in Summit, as well as a handful on Springfield Avenue.

Lexerd Capital Management — primarily sponsoring investments in multi-family assets throughout the United States, recently relocated to the space at 25 Maple Street.

Also in that building, Solus Alternative Asset Management — a private investment advisor — will renew its lease for another term.

Coming to Springfield Avenue is Madison Reed — a national hair color salon with the mission to "provide the best, most luxurious hair color made with ingredients you can feel good about.”

The salon will be opening at 362 Springfield Avenue for its first suburban New Jersey location.

Circa Lighting — a national premier lighting showroom — is also coming to downtown Summit at 408-410 Springfield Avenue. This will be its first New Jersey location, offering a boutique-like shopping experience for its customers.

Lastly, StretchLab — the largest stretching brand in the U.S. with over 100 locations — will open at 412-414 Springfield Avenue in the near future.

StretchLab offers one-on-one stretching to identify tightness and imbalances in the body, as well as customizing a stretch routine for each client.

The brand also has existing locations in Livingston and Morristown.

David L. Bieber, Managing Director and Director of the Retail Division at Newmark Associates, handled the closings, bringing new national retail tenants, an expanding national franchise and financial services tenants to Summit.
