Hearing To Convert Summit Building To Fitness Center Monday

Summit's Board of Adjustment will hold three public hearings beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The Summit Board of Adjustment will hold three public hearings in Town Hall on Monday at 7:30 p.m. 

According to the agenda, the first hearing is for 466 Springfield Ave., LLC for a preliminary and final major site plan approval to demolish an existing building to construct a four-story building. This plan is also for variances for a number of stories, an 8 foot fence, building height, and lighting. 

Elevated Fitness at 2 Walnut St. is the second hearing. This is a request for “a waiver for site plan requirement to convert existing building to a fitness center for groups.”

The third hearing is for Alexander Ngo and Jennifer Epperlein, who reside at 282 Woodland Ave. and are requesting a variance to install a fence in their front yard, which is located on a corner lot. The fence would be six feet high.
