Kids Can Have A 'Picnic With The Librarian' Wednesday
Plus, the library is hosting a craft hour Wednesday afternoon.

Looking for a lunch-time plan for the kids? Look no further than the Summit Public Library, which is hosting a "Picnic with the Librarian" at noon. Kids can bring a blanket and lunch, and sit with Mrs. Wheeless for a story.
If there's inclement weather or extreme heat, contact the library to find out if this event is still taking place at 908-273-0350. No registration is required.
Summit kids can visit the Summit Public Library on Wednesday afternoon for an hour of Underground Crafts with Ann-Marie and the Library's Teen Volunteers. The craft making begins at 3 p.m.
The Jersey Cares Annual School Supply Drive, which collects much needed school supplies for numerous New Jersey children, will run through Aug. 30. If your Summit office, club or group would like to host a drive, you can fill out an online collection site registration form. If you have any questions, please contact Alexandra Perrette at alexandra@jerseycares.org or (973) 424-1091.
