There will be an obstacle course, free ice cream, and a lot of learning.
SUMMIT, NJ — The city is hosting its last of two "Bike Rodeo" bike and pedestrian safety events on Thursday at Tatlock Park.
Residents and their families are invited to the paved area between the tennis courts and Investors Bank Field at 3:30 p.m. for a free, fun way to engage with bicycle safety initiatives. There will also be free ice cream for everyone in attendance.
"One of the goals of the Mayors Wellness Campaign is to promote physical well-being and increased physical activity among our residents," says Dr. Elizabeth Fagan, Mayor of Summit, "and safety is an important part of that."
