Man Hit By Car, Taken To Hospital In Union County

The man initially refused treatment.

SUMMIT, NJ — A man was hit by a car and taken to the hospital on Oct. 15, Summit Chief Communications Officer Jenny Hoff says.

That night, emergency officials responded to Division Avenue for a report of bleeding after someone was hit by a vehicle.

City officials say the man initially refused treatment, but then later called for treatment.
