Poll Workers Needed For Union County In November
Workers will be paid for a full-day shift.
SUMMIT, NJ — The Union County Board of Elections is asking for voters registered in the county to help work the polls in Summit during the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Workers who complete a full-day shift from 5:15 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. will be paid $300. Responsibilities include opening, operating, and closing equipment, setting up supplies, processing voters, and completing other processes and documents.
You must be able to lift at least 25 pounds, read and write English legibly, and have your own mode of transportation. A two-hour training class is also required prior to Election Day.
