'Rose And The Nightingale' To Perform At Reeves-Reed Arboretum

You can “Dine for Brooke” Healey, a 4-year-old New Providence girl battling an inoperable brain tumor, at Beacon Hill Restaurant & Tavern in Summit all day. Brooke is the daughter of New Providence residents Stefani and Steve Healey. She was diagnosed in January with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, a very aggressive tumor in the middle of her brain stem. "Rose and the Nightingale" will perform at Reeves-Reed Arboretum from 7 to 8 p.m. during the group's "Spirit of the Garden" CD launch. The group includes four New York-based multi-instrumentalists and improvisers and their new music was inspired by botanic gardens. The gates open at 6 p.m. Admission is free for Reeves-Reed Arboretum (RRA) members thanks to Investors Savings Bank. There is a $10 required donation for all non-RRA members.
