Ian T. Gammon, 23, of South Organce was arrested at Springfield Ave. at 12:30a.m. on Sept. 22. He was charged with possession of a controlled and dangerous substance. Daniel Nathan Johansen, 28, was arrested at 2p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license. The arrest took place at Summit Avenue and Industrial Place. Johansen is from Pleasanton, Calif.
