Tree Branch Impales Landscaper's Neck In Summit: Authorities

The landscaper was taken to the hospital in serious/critical condition, said a City Spokesperson.

SUMMIT, NJ — A landscaper is hospitalized after a tree branch impaled his neck in Summit.

On Friday, the landscaper fell while trimming trees and bushes, and a tree branch impaled his neck, causing a significant injury, said Summit Spokesperson Megan Trindell.

He was in serious/critical condition and taken to Morristown Medical Center.
