1 Dead In I-95 Crash In Teaneck: Police
A box truck and tractor-trailer collided shortly before 7 a.m., traffic was still delayed at 10 a.m., State Police said.

TEANECK, NJ — One person is dead following a motor vehicle crash on Interstate 95 Monday morning, State Police confirmed.
The crash involved a tractor-trailer and a box truck and occurred at 6:49 a.m. on I-95 in Teaneck, said Trooper Charles Marchan.
The deceased person was not identified and Marchan could not confirm what vehicle they were in when the crash occurred.

The box truck was pinned underneath the back of a ShopRite tractor-trailer, NorthJersey.com reported. Teaneck and Hackensack firefighters extricated the box truck driver from the vehicle.
All lanes were blocked on I-95 near exit 68 at about 10 a.m., according to 511nj.org, the state's emergency traffic notification system.

Area traffic was awful Monday as there was nearly a two-hour delay approaching the George Washington Bridge following a six-vehicle pile up on the Cross Bronx Expressway.
