• Teaneck OKs affordable housing settlement agreement to meet deadline (northjersey.com) — Teaneck’s Township Council has approved a key affordable housing settlement to meet a state-imposed Dec. 31 deadline, shaping where future units can be built. The deal adjusts zoning, raises the affordable set‑aside on new projects to 20%, and leaves two major redevelopment ordinances tabled for further debate in early 2026.
