A downed tree knocked out power to 650 Public Service Electric and Gas customers Monday afternoon in Teaneck, a company spokeswoman said.  The outage was reported around 4:52 p.m. after the tree fell on Lucy Avenue, according to the company. Power was fully restored by 6:15 p.m.  Additional details were not immediately available.
