Kosher burger restaurant Gotham Burger, located on Queen Anne Road, is opening another eatery in Manhattan's Upper West Side.  The new planned location on Amsterdam Avenue, between 94th and 95th streets, is slated to open in May, according to the restaurant's Facebook page.  "The owners promise that they will be offering the same great food that they are known for with a NYC edge (think beer in hand watching a large screen TV)," a post from food <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=620005944680259&amp;set=a.383842584963264.112663.383836794963843&amp;type=1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">blog Great Kosher Restaurants International says</a>.  Gotham Burger replaced Burgers Bar last year.
