A 23-year-old Teaneck man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Cresskill, prosecutors said Monday.  Eduardo Garcia is accused of assaulting the teenage "female acquaintance" within the last two months, Bergen County Prosecutor John L.
