Teaneck Man Sexually Assaulted Child Under 13, Prosecutor Says
A Teaneck man has been arrested for sexually abusing a child under 13 "on multiple occasions," prosecutors said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Teaneck man was arrested on Friday and charged with having sexually assaulted a child over a two-year period.
Hector R. Estrada Roca of Teaneck was charged with three counts of sexual assault and a count of endangering the welfare of a child, said Bergen County prosecutors.
Prosecutors said that this past Friday, the Teaneck Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding an alleged sexual assault of a child that
occurred in the past.

An investigation determined that Roca sexually assaulted and endangered a child younger than 13 in Cliffside Park "on multiple occasions" between 2021 and 2023, prosecutors said.
On Friday, Roca was arrested in Paramus. He was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, prosecutors said.
