Holy Name's MS Center is looking for volunteers to join its Fashion Show Commitee to help plan the 16th Annual Spring Fashion Fling for MS. All proceeds benefit MS patient care and research. A meeting for those interested will be held Wednesday in the Medical Affairs Conference Room at Holy Name Medical Center. RSVP to futterman@holyname.org or call 201 833-3000 ext. 3899.
Thursday, March 14:
Teaneck's Youth Advisory Board will host its 5th annual youth forum, where local young people can share their ideas for how to improve the township. This year's forum will include discussion of safety, recreation and events. More details are posted at teanecknj.gov.
Friday, March 15:
The Teaneck Public Library will host the Students of the McLoughlin School of Irish Dance to present traditional dances, including the reel, the jig and the hornpipe. The event will also include songs performed by Chris McLoughlin and a bagpipers from the Bergen County Firefighters Pipe Band. The festivities begin at 10 a.m. at the library's auditorium.
