Man Sought In Aggravated Assault, Toms River Police Say

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Toms River police are seeking the public's help in locating a man they say is sought in connection with an aggravated assault.

Police said criminal complaints were signed Thursday against Christopher Therien, 33. A hometown was not provided; he has had various addresses in the past, according to previous Patch reports mentioning him.

As of 9 p.m. Friday he was still being sought, police said in a post on the department's Facebook page.

"We ask anyone who believes they have seen this individual, or has information on his whereabouts, to contact the Toms River Police Department at 732-349-0150," police said.
