An Ocean County grand jury issued the charges in February

A Bayville man sexually assaulted and endangered a minor in his care, charges an indictment handed up by an Ocean County grand jury in February.
Richard Yhlen, 35, faces two counts of first degree aggravated assault on a minor, having committed "an act of sexual penetration" on a child under age 13 between April and Aug. 31, 2012, the indictment charges.
