Teen Killed In Parkway Crash In Toms River
The 18-year-old from Toms River died after his car hit a tree, state police said.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Toms River teenager died after his car hit a tree along the Garden State Parkway on Friday, New Jersey State Police said Tuesday.
Andrew Delgadillo, 18, died after the crash that happened shortly after 7 a.m. on the northbound side of the Parkway at milepost 86.7, Sgt. Charles Marchan said.
Delgadillo was driving a Honda north when his car ran off the road to the right, went down an embankment and hit a tree, Marchan said.

He suffered serious injuries and was taken to an area hospital, Marchan said, and later died.
The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.
