Toms River GSP Crash Prompts Delays Friday: DOT

TOMS RIVER, NJ - A crash and vehicle off the roadway on the Garden State Parkway in Toms River has prompted delays Friday, authorities said.

As of 4:51 a.m., there’s a crash and vehicle off the roadway on the Garden State Parkway northbound south of Exit 83 - US 9 North in Toms River, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

The right shoulder is currently blocked, the agency said.
